Your personal information is stored securely using ServiceM8, a trusted cloud-based platform. Records are managed by Fresh Front Franchising Pty Ltd.

Each franchisee only has access to their own customer data — your information is not shared across locations.

Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share limited personal information (e.g. name and email) with Stripe when processing payments.

Otherwise, we do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or necessary to deliver services.

Overseas storage

Some of the cloud-based services we use (such as Stripe and ServiceM8) may store data in countries outside of Australia. While we don’t directly transfer your information overseas, your data may be stored in secure offshore servers as part of these platforms.

Website tracking

  • Meta Pixel to help us show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram
